In the beginning..
The project began with the idea of doing a community theatre piece about the early films
made on Shoreham Beach. Company Paradiso invited digital installation artist, Malcolm
Buchanan Dick to collavorate.
Between us we got excited about the new digital methods availible to us. We decided to look,
not back, but forward to what might be possible in a theatre performance. It was immediately
clear that the young people participating should create their own stories and invent novel
ways of telling them using the technology.
