No Jax No

No Jax
No no no

How can I know
That you won't go
And harm your arm
Or throw a show of
Suicide?

No Jax
No no no

You always say yes
To drugs from the cess
Pits of the streets
Crimes and hit man Sam

No Jax
No no no

Is what you should be saying to
the devil of six six six
Though affirmative thinking
Your life is stinking

No Jax
No no no

'I have suffered with addiction and this is a poem about a Jamaican friend of mine who suffers with keeping her diabetes under control. She displays many of the symptoms of mental ill health and for the past four years I have been there for her. However, I ceased contact with her after she confessed to using A class substances through her boyfriend. Since writing this poem, my friend has tried to make contact. Ah well, the break was well appreciated!'
